Beelzebufo (bee-el-zeh-boo-fo) is a popular creature in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile! The creature lives in the Swamp Biome and it’s able to jump the highest in the game second only to another creature called Procoptodon. Beelzebufos has an exclusive feature which is to generate Cementing Paste when they absorb small insects, like Titanomyrma and Meganeura.
The dossier section is planned to be an accurate copy of what the survivor Helena – the author of the dossiers has written. Probably, there are several differences between this text and the in-game creatures.
Beelzebufo palucocus is the largest frog I’ve ever seen. Almost impossibly large, it can actually fit a fully-grown human adult on its back, though just barely. This is a dangerous prospect, though, as secretions from Beelzebufo’s skin and saliva have a narcotic effect on most creatures.
Not surprisingly, Beelzebufo is adept at killing insects. Its lengthy tongue allows it to quickly grab prey from afar, killing most insects near instantly and quickly digesting them. It even combines the narcotic chemicals in its mouth with the insects’ chitin to create a specialized sticky substance.
Tamed Beelzebufo make for strange mounts. Strange mounts for strange people. Many tribes don’t believe there’s any reason to ride them, but some enjoy the ability to take large vertical hops up huge walls and cliffs. Regardless of how it is ridden, Beelzebufo is also employed for its ability to quickly cull insects, and convert them into always-useful cementing paste.
Hopping around in the swamps is what the Beelzebufo does when it spends its days. Nevertheless, in case it gets assaulted, it will start fighting back in a brutal way, which lashes out its poison-laden tongue at the opponents.
Beelzebufo is known as a giant frog that is way bigger than a man and once it gets tamed, it can be powerful enough to carry one on the back. There are some short spines protruding from its back, which is regarded as a useful ambush predator of the big insect species of the island, sedating its target before absorbing and stuffing it into its broad mouth.
Color Scheme and Regions
In this part, you will see the natural colors and regions of the Beelzebufo. You can see the red regions below on an albino Beelzebufo. The colored squares displayed below every single description of the region are known as the colors that this creature will spawn with at random so as to give a general range of its natural color scheme. You can move your cursor over a color to see the name and ID.
This region information can be used by the server admins in the Console Command “cheat SetTargetDinoColor ”.
For instance, “cheat SetTargetDinoColor 0 6” would be used to color the body magenta of Beelzebufo.

Wild Stats Level-up
If you want to check on which stats the creature is emphasized, you need to type in values of that wild creature. Normally, the green levels on a creature at a high level are kind of great for breeding. If you have already domesticated your creature, you should try to regain the breeding-stats with an external tool.
|Melee Damage [%]||0|
Bear in mind that after you have tamed the creature, it will receive some bonuses on some stats relying on the taming effectiveness. This will cause it to be difficult to recover the levels on a domesticated creature. Therefore, you only use this tool for the untamed ones. However, it brings you a first impression, how well the stats are given out.
Check out the Taming section if you want to get general information about taming a wild creature.

Check out the Combat section to learn how to battle against the Beelzebufo
The typical method with tranquilizer arrows is kind of useful! But, if you decide to follow this method, make sure that you are always careful since its assault has a long range and it’s totally able to tranquilize you. You can defend yourself from this by standing on the top of a big rock.
If you utilize a tamed Argentavis, you can pick up Beelzebufo and then drop it into a taming pen easily. Because it only assaults the rival in a horizontal way, you are able to fire it on a platform, and you will be safe from its assault.
A big advice for the beginners is that they shouldn’t take this creature lightly! When it’s on impulse, do not assault it! Normally, the beginners will swipe at them using anything they have in their hands because seemingly, a frog is kind of like a nice obedient animals. But this can result in an untimely death that could have been stopped effortlessly. If the survivor is well-learned, they are totally able to secure the glory early on, or even domesticate this handy animal.
Battling against this creature from above will be a nice strategy, since their assault only strikes the area directly in front of them. The ranged weapons are able to approach further than its tongue, however, the distance can be closed fast if using this way. In several situations, rushing it may be the nice course of action. If your torpor is reaching a climax, you should consume some stimberries.
You’re highly recommended to utilize ranged weapons to elude their torpor-inducing attack.
Beelzebufo is armed with the torpor-rising attacks, so it can assault you and knock you out effortlessly. In addition, this creature is also able to take a high leap and swim very quickly. When coping with it, don’t forget to pay attention to your surroundings as there are probably some other creatures in the swamp. You can get destroyed very fast by the incidental backpedal into a pool of megapiranha, as the Beelzebufo is able to knock you out, which opens a tasty meal for the piranha. Titanboas can attach extra torpor and absorb the player alive, while sarcos will stop you from getting away on water routes. The bad choice to meddle with a Dimetrodon can be a deadly one, and the unlucky jab into a leag of Paracer can result in an unlucky doom via crushing, which can dispatch players through the map on occasion. So, just watch out for it!
Mostly, they attack in a horizontally way, therefore, it is easy to elude it by just standing on a big rock. These creatures have a little bit amount of health.
If you press the alt-fire button (right mouse button), the tongue will be shot out, which deals torpidity on the creatures that it hits, and changes dead Meganeura, Titanomyrma, and Jug Bug into big amounts of Cementing Paste. Assaulting a bug corpse will produce between 0 and 8 Cementing Paste reach, regardless of melee damage.
You should dismount your Beelzebufo and start punching the Meganeura if it is flying too high for your Beelzebufo to assault. After that, you should get back on the Beelzebufo fast, the Meganeura should become aggressive, causing its swarm to follow. Jug Bug can’t be destroyed with a Beelzebufo that is at a low level.
Probably, the Beelzebufo is a nice mount for raiding, and this is true to the aggressive players. The creature can take a leap over walls effortlessly, only one hit from its tongue is already powerful enough to knock a player unconscious.
In addition, Beelzebufo is a kind of flexible traveling mount because it is able to jump long distances, and it doesn’t soak a huge amount of fall damage, also, it has a nice swimming speed, and can totally breathe underwater. While swimming, the creature can totally recharge its stamina very fast.
Hopper: Beelzebufo is very good at covering large distances using its jump. It doesn’t utilize much stamina for doing so, therefore, the player can utilize it to travel long distances fast over most types of terrain. Beelzebufo will also retrieve most of the stamina that was already used for jumping while in the air (Level Speed).
Swimmer: Beelzebufo is such a powerful swimming, and this could be because that it can move faster than it does on land and lacks the oxygen stat. (Level Health and Stamina).
Cement Factory: Beelzebufo is able to collect good quantities of Cementing Paste in just a short period of time. In addition, it can collect Chitin aside from the cementing paste. You should ride it into the swamp then destroy something as Meganeura are attracted to the dead bodies, and this is a nice tactic. As soon as they start feeding, assault and the swarm will get to you. Level HP and Damage (Damage won’t grow the Cementing Paste received but will grow your survivability against a swarm).
Raiding: Beelzebufo is kind of good at attacking! It can make fast escapes, raid higher level bases by surpassing higher walls, and its tongue attack is able to tranquilize rival survivors in fast succession (Level up Health, Melee Damage, and Speed).
Taming: It becomes a nice tool to knock creatures unconscious thanks to its tongue attack, as it also dishes out minimal damage. The player can use it as a last resort for preserving torpor high of a creature (Level Health, Melee Damage, and Speed).
Leech Farmer: Seemingly, Leeches don’t aggro on domesticated Beelzebufo, therefore, this makes them nice for collecting Leech Blood.
|Cementing Paste is produced by harvesting Titanomyrma and Meganeura.|

As of update v260.0, the Beelzebufo is now able to assault in the water.
Dossier exposed on August 12, 2015.
The name of this creature means “Lord of the Toads”, from Beel, the Hebrew form of the Ugaritic word Ba’al “lord”, and Bufo, a big kind of toad. It’s regularly bewildered with Beelzebub “Lord of the Flies”.
While the Beelzebufo palucocus in the game is large enough for a player to ride, the Beelzebufo ampinga in the real world only reached around 50 cm in length. Though there were some other frogs big enough overtop of a medium-sized dog.
Their tongue assault is only able to travel in a horizontal way. When trying to defeat one, you should stay on top of a big rock and then quickly fire it from there using a Slingshot or Tranquilizer Arrows.
An Argentavis is able to pick up the Beelzebufo.
You should be careful when trying to assault big quantities of Drones or Titanoboa with the Beelzebufo. It is highly vulnerable to damage because of its low base health.
Although the Beelzebufo doesn’t have the highest movement speed, it’s still regarded as the best mean of transportation on The Island, besides from flying mounts. It becomes a nice animal for traveling a distance on thanks to its capability to jump long distances and up cliffs.
Beelzebufo only breeds in water and their eggs are aquatic.
As of Mobile v1.0.95, Frog Legs (Mobile) will be dropped by the Beelzebufo, and they can be utilized for crafting Frog Feet (Mobile).
